Throughout the academic year more than 6,000 student residents live on campus in modern communities that include meeting spaces, kitchens and multi-room apartments. These overnight on campus accommodations are available from mid-June through mid-August.

Poly Canyon Summer Village Retreat Center

Nestled in the hills on the north side of campus, Poly Canyon Summer Village has everything you need in one location. The village includes conference meeting rooms, study lounges, a community center, business center, swimming pool, basketball and sand volleyball courts and onsite parking. Miles of hiking and mountain bike trails are just outside your door.

The spacious four-bedroom suites come loaded with kitchens, two full bathrooms, and a relaxing living room. The 618 furnished apartment units can accommodate up to 2,700 guests.

Poly Canyon Summer Village is a perfect location for professional retreats, seminars, and conferences.

South Mountain Residence Halls

For the full university campus experience, look no further than South Mountain. These three-story residence halls can house 250 campers in each of the six buildings.
The first floor of each South Mountain Hall includes a recreation lounge with a television, large study lounge and a conference room.

The second and third floor include a small meeting space in each wing.

Each guest room is furnished with two to three twin beds, dressers, desks and desk chairs and wardrobes.
